Hospitality Insights Group LLC, doing business as Vouchable ("Vouchable," "we," "us") operates a communication platform that connects job seekers with employees willing to review their profiles and potentially submit internal referrals at their employer. Vouchable is not a recruiting agency, staffing firm, employment agency, or headhunter. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, referrals, or any other outcome.
We are not party to any referral, employment agreement, or compensation arrangement between a job seeker and a referring employee ("Referrer"). Any referral bonus paid by an employer to a Referrer is solely between those parties and their employer. Vouchable has no role in, knowledge of, or claim to any such payment.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction where you seek or refer employment. By creating an account, you confirm this is true.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your resume, employment history, and bio. You represent that all submitted information is true and your own. Vouchable reserves the right to remove accounts or content that are fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms.
By submitting a profile or resume, you grant Vouchable a limited, non-exclusive license to display and share that content with Referrers on the platform for the purpose of facilitating introductions.
Vouchable uses human review and, in the future, automated tools to identify potential profile matches between job seekers and Referrers. We make no guarantee that a match will occur, that a Referrer will respond, or that any response will be positive. Referrers are independent users of the platform and are not agents or employees of Vouchable.
Referrer identities are kept private until they voluntarily accept a match. Vouchable does not share Referrer personal information without their consent.
Job seekers may access limited features at no cost. Paid tiers and à la carte matches are available and subject to pricing displayed at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Vouchable does not take any percentage of referral bonuses or any employment-related compensation.
Premium subscribers receive up to 3 matches per month. If Vouchable is unable to deliver the full number of matches in a given month due to network availability, unused credits will roll over to the following month. Credits do not roll over if unused at the subscriber's discretion.
When a match is accepted, both parties gain access to a shared chat space on Vouchable. This chat is a communication tool only. Vouchable is not party to any conversation, agreement, or outcome arising from these communications. We do not monitor chat content in real time. By using the chat, you agree not to share illegal content, harass other users, or solicit payments outside the platform in violation of applicable law.
Vouchable provides the platform "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about outcomes, uptime, accuracy of matches, or the conduct of other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouchable's liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Vouchable, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing hello@joinvouchable.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine is harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York or through binding arbitration as we may elect.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
