• If you are a Referrer, we collect your name, email, employer, job function, and referral preferences
• Standard usage data such as login timestamps and device type to operate and improve the platform
• We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the Vouchable platform and facilitate connections between job seekers and Referrers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, ever.

How We Share Your Information

We share your profile with Referrers only to the extent necessary to facilitate a potential match, and only with your knowledge as part of the normal use of the service.

Referrer identities remain private until they choose to accept a match.

Data Storage and Retention

We store your data on secure servers and retain it for as long as your account is active. We also retain records of match activity and credit usage to administer your account and honor any credit rollover obligations.

Your Rights

If you would like to delete your account and all associated personal data, email us at hello@joinvouchable.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the product grows and will notify you by email before any material changes take effect.
